Born and raised in Chico, California...

I love my hometown! It is a pleasure hosting visitors and providing them with an enjoyable stay. I also enjoy assisting homeowners on their short term rental journeys. What makes Chico Charmers unique is the personal touch we offer in everything we do. From the first point of communication after a booking, to guests being welcomed with a note and flowers, we take pride in ensuring guests have a great stay. We update homeowners regularly and keep their properties in great shape. When we're not caring for charming Chico homes, we enjoy walking in Bidwell Park, dining and shopping at local businesses, hanging out downtown, and going to farmers markets. Thanks for visiting!
